That means no judgment, no pressure and no cookie cutter plans. Whatever you bring to our sessions — the wins, the setbacks, the "I know what I should do but I'm just not doing it" moments — we work with all of it. Nothing is off the table and nothing makes you a failure.
My job isn't to tell you what to do. You already know more than you think. My job is to help you figure out what's really getting in your way, keep you honest when you need it and point you toward the right resources when they'd help move you forward.
Some days that looks like celebrating a small win that nobody else noticed. Some days it's a gentle nudge when life gets in the way. Most days it's two people having an honest conversation about what a good life looks like for you — and how to actually get there.

How It Works
Getting started is simple.
1. Free Discovery Call
We start with a 15 - 20 minute no-pressure conversation. I'll share what health coaching is really about and what it isn't, and I want to hear from you: where you are, what you've tried, and what you're hoping for. No commitment, no sales pitch. Just a chance to see if we're a good fit.
2. Your Coaching Package
If we decide to move forward, we'll choose a package that fits your goals and your life — either a 6 or 12 session package. Every plan is built around you, not a template.
3. The Sessions
This is where the real change happens. We'll meet regularly, dig into what's working and what isn't, and keep adjusting until things start to stick. You'll have support, accountability, and someone in your corner the whole way.
